Announcing the launch of these challenges through an Instagram story, Abhi said, “This is not a course. This is a challenge and it’s for everybody who wants to learn how to be regular, who wants to develop good habits in 2024. Because years keep passing and it just feels like we are going nowhere. I want to change that.“
