Ranveer Allahbadia needs no introduction as his YouTube channel, BeerBiceps speaks all about him. What started as a way to share his fitness knowledge has now turned him into an entrepreneur and investor. Besides his self-improvement videos, his entrepreneurial ventures like Monk Entertainment, BigBrainCo, and Level are also inspiring upcoming content creators.
BeerBiceps Success Story
Ranveer uploaded his first YouTube video on 15th August 2015, but his story began one year before when he used to provide fitness training. Later, he started up an Uber-like app for fitness trainers and started to use YouTube as a marketing platform for it. But very soon he realized the potential of doing YouTube only and dropped his startup idea.
BeerBiceps which began as a fitness channel very soon started to cover topics such as fashion, grooming, personal finance, meditation, mental health, communication skills, motivation, and even entrepreneurship.
Currently, his podcast ‘The Ranveer Show’ (TRS) is India’s smartest podcast where he has interviewed many successful personalities like Priyanka Chopra, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Glenn McGrath, A. R. Rahman, Shilpa, Shetty, Amish Tripathi, Taapsee Pannu, and many more.
Besides his main channel, BeerBiceps, he also started a Hindi channel under his own name, Ranveer Allahbadia. He currently has a portfolio of several channels under his company BeerBiceps Media Pvt. Ltd.
Entrepreneurial Journey
With the growth of his YouTube channel and the money he could generate through it, Ranveer realized the need for a manager to manage his finance and brand collaborations. He decided to approach his college junior friend, Viraj Seth with whom he had worked on some college projects.
When Ranveer’s YouTuber friends saw how Viraj managed him, they also wanted to do the same for themselves. This got Ranveer Allahbadia to co-found a venture with Viraj Sheth in 2018, and they named it Monk Entertainment which has now become a full-fledged social media management, influencer marketing, talent management, branding marketing, and video production company.
This first entrepreneurial success gave Ranveer Allabadia hope to think of more ventures, and he has now co-founded two more ventures, BigBrainCo and Level. Now, he has also started his investment journey and has funded some startups like Ready Set Jet, SahiCoin, HYPD, Stage, and Deciml.
This is a great evolution from a YouTuber to becoming an entrepreneur and investor which makes Ranveer Allabadia an inspiration for fellow creators and everyone who has a big dream.
