The mind performance app for meditation and yoga, Level SuperMind has become the best app of 2023 on the Google Play Store in India as announced by Google Play as a part of its annual recognition of some of the best apps listed in its app store.
Level SuperMind is a meditation app co-founded by YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia (known for his channel BeerBiceps), serial entrepreneur Harshil Karia and Aayush Anand in 2021 which offers lessons on meditation, yoga, and mind performance.
It is not only Google Play’s overall best app of 2023, but also one of the winners of the best apps in the personal growth category along with AmbitionBox, a platform for company reviews and salary insights, and Study Abroad with upGrad app.
Announcing this achievement, Harshil Karia took on Instagram saying, “I don’t get this excited too often but this one got to me. This is beyond dreams, one of the most surreal and heartwarming experiences I’ve ever had.“
He even contacted the Google Play team asking about the process of selection to know exactly how the selection was made, to which he received an answer like this, “Selections for this annual list of best apps are based on app quality, user ratings, social and cultural impact, accessibility, innovation, and ease of use. Potential apps are thoroughly reviewed and curated by the Google Play team.“
Google Play Store India has recognised many other apps in different categories for its best apps of 2023 list, including the best games of 2023 which is topped by the popular board game, Monopoly Go.
