This Entrepreneur from Assam  sold his Startup  for $50 Million

Kishan Bagaria is the founder of Texts.com which got acquired by WordPress founder for $50 Million.

He hails from Dibrugarh, Assam but currently lives in the United States.

Kishan founded Texts.com in 2020 which is an all-in-one messaging app integrating every social media apps.

It lets you send and receive messages from all major messaging platforms through a single app, Texts.

Matt Mullenweg, founder of WordPress.com and owner of Automattic acquired Texts.com to expand into the messaging segment.

The Automattic founder also said that Texts.com fits into the company because of its user-centric values tied to the way it tries to support everything people use for messaging.

Texts.com is available at $15 per month for most users, or $30 per month for businesses. It runs on Mac, Windows and Linux with apps for iOS and Android on the way.

iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Messenger, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, IRC, Slack and Discord DMs, all can be linked to Texts.com to send messages from one app.

With the acquisition of Texts.com in $50 Million, Kishan Bagaria has made headlines in the startup ecosystem.
