Radhika Gupta is  the MD and CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, an asset management company based in Mumbai.

She was born in 1983 in Pakistan when her diplomat father, an IFS (Indian Foreign Service) Officer was posted there.

Due to complications at birth, she ended up with a tilted neck and that shattered her confidence pushing her even to depression and suicide.

A turning point came in her life when she appeared for an interview in McKinsey & Company and landed the role of Business Analyst.

Then, she headed to AQR Capital Management and with her colleague and husband, Nalin Moniz founded Forefront Capital Management in the year 2009.

 Forefront Capital Management was started to focus on alternative investments.  This was also  when they set up India's first  domestic-registered hedge fund.

Radhika Gupta became one among the youngest CEOs in India at 33 and the country's only female  head of a major asset manager.

Popularly known as the girl with a broken neck, Radhika Gupta is today a renowned and respected businesswoman and a true inspiration for entrepreneurs.

Now, she is joining the popular reality TV show on startup funding, Shark Tank India as its newest judge.
