Co-founder Shares his Learnings after Shutting Down the Startup...

FrontRow was a hobby-learning platform with celebrity instructors.

It ceased Operations in July 2023 being not able to scale it.

Co-founder Ishaan Preet Singh reflected his journey on a LinkedIn post sharing his learnings of 4 years in FrontRow.

Believe in the Market

Only build a company when you really believe in the market.

Choose what matters to you and ignore everything else.

Don’t care about external metrics or external validation.

There is no silver bullet.

Take all advice with a grain of salt, process it and take your own call.

Find truth tellers.

Find a small set of truth tellers who keep you honest, and whose opinion you can’t just sweep under the rug.

Startups are HARD

Startups are way harder than I’d thought, despite being surrounded by founders.

Giving up is confusing.

The dichotomy of giving up is very weird.

It's pretty much exactly 4 years after I left my job, we shut down FrontRow.
